terms of service

Upon commissioning me, you agree to the following:

1. I maintain the right to publish the finished commission on my social media platforms. However, I will not publish your commission piece without your permission.2. I maintain the right to turn down any commission if it crosses my boundaries or I do not feel comfortable accepting it - keep in mind that this almost never happens though, feel free to contact me about your specific idea first in case you have any doubts.3. You may use the artwork within the standards of private usage - that is publish it on your social media, resize or crop - as long as you give me credit whenever you publish my artwork.4. You may NOT use my artwork for any commercial or political purposes.5. If you want to order a NSFW commission, you MUST be at least 18 years old. If your account that you message me from has no age (or age indicator) included in bio or if I have a suspicion that you may be a minor, I have the right to turn down your commission.

Payment and refunds:

1. I take full upfront payment via PayPal ONLY.2. I will only start working on your commission after receiving the payment.3. I can wait for the payment for up to 5 days from the moment your slot is reserved. If I have not received the payment after 5 days, I have the right to cancel the commission and clear out your slot. I will contact you with a reminder one day before your slot is cleared out.4. If I have not yet started working on your commission and you request a refund, I will give you a full refund.5. If I have already started working on your comission and you request a refund, I will refund you half of the paid price.6. You CANNOT request a refund after the commission is finished.

Additional information:

1. Please provide me with as much detailed info and references as possible. I especially value visual references of characters, potential poses and even your own initial sketches/photobashes of the composition, if you wish to prepare those. Clear descriptions and visual references help me a lot with grasping your vision and speed up the process.2. I will be sending you updates of the process as I draw. I will only progress further with your commission after receiving a response conforming that no corrections need to be performed on a given stage.3. I can perform up to 3 minor corrections on the drawing, preferably during the sketching stage when things are easy to fix. If you want something to be adjusted, ALWAYS let me know right away.

  • humanoids

  • anthro and furry characters

  • simplistic backgrounds

  • mild gore

  • most kinks (if you are uncertain about whether I am likely to draw what you're interested in, check out the link at the end of NSFW commissions section)

WILL NOT draw:

  • complex designs (mecha/armor)

  • detailed backgrounds

  • harmful and malicious content (incl. anything homophobic, transphobic, ableist, racist, noncon)

  • harmful scenarios featuring minors

  • NFTs
